Miss Intercontinental Scotland 2013

Wow well what a few weeks it has been! For those of you that have been following me on my facebook page you may have realised that I entered a competition which I won!!

I went down to the Palace Hotel in Manchester with my mum to compete for the Scottish title of Miss Intercontinental. After rehearsing all day and attending an interview the show began at night with an opening dance round, fashion-wear, bikini and evening-wear!

I was very nervous and excited, with a very shaky smile haha! After the show there was various entertainment before the winner was announced. I couldn't contain my excitement to know how I done but never did I think I would have won. 

When I was announced as winner I was so shocked and just glanced at my mum who was jumping around ecstatically. 

I was absolutely over the moon and couldn't believe my luck! It still feels like a dream!

I have a few pictures of the event following my crowning however I am still to receive the other photographs from my various rounds however as soon as I get them I will post them on here for all of you guys to see. 

I will be going to the international finals this year to compete against girls from all over the world. The destination is still to be decided however I am so excited!!
